A CART provider is a highly skilled realtime stenographer who delivers readable instant translations of the spoken word to hard-of-hearing and deaf clients either onsite or through the internet.  Contact our office with your particular event, and our in-house CART specialist can assist you in providing ADA accommodations.  

CompuScripts Captioning also provides CART services at the South Carolina State House to bridge the communication barrier between legislators and their hard-of-hearing and deaf constituents.  If you would like to access this service to speak face-to-face with your legislator, please contact the SC Clerk of the Senate or the SC Clerk of the House.  The respective Clerks will secure our services for your legislative appointment.   South Carolina Legislature Online
